Due to the nature of our bespoke digital engineering and consulting services, Neexiva does not offer refunds once a project has commenced or digital assets have been delivered. 1. Custom Engineering Services Once we begin architecture, development, or design work on your project, the time and expertise committed cannot be returned. Therefore, all deposits and payments for custom services are strictly non-refundable. 2. Consultations & Digital Products Payments for strategic consultations, audits, and any downloadable digital assets are non-refundable. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you have any concerns about a project's direction, please communicate with your project manager immediately so we can pivot and ensure your satisfaction within the scope of work.
